Detailed Explanation:

1. Using the first part of the worksheet, have the students do a simple sketch of you in the space provided. This is a good way to warm up and break the ice. Ineveitably you can get some less than flattering depictions of your face but I encourage kids to just go nuts with it.
2. Explain to the class that you are going to have them listen to you talk about yourself. Speak naturally and give the answers to the questions on the page. If the class is at a lower level, you may elect to clearly mark when you traverse from question to question by saying "number 1" "number2" etc. I usually give the talk at least two times to provide the kids with a fair chance to get everything down.
3. Next, ellicit the answers from the students. You may wish to put the kids into small groups and have them compare their answers before this stage.
4. The next worksheet is about me. Students are to fill in all the relevant information about themselves including one question for the teacher. Walk around the room and help the students when they need it.
5. After everyone has more or less finished with the worksheet, give them a few minutes to prepare and then have them present a short kind of self-introduction that culminates in a question for the teacher.
6. Depending on the size of your class, this might actually take more than one class period.
