Brief Outline: Students talk about the type of movies they like while playing an exciting game of Bingo.

 

Materials Needed:

 

Detailed Explanation:

  1. Use the flashcards to prompt students on different types of movies.
  2. Practice the target dialogue.
  3. Each student is given a bingo grid.
  4. Students secretly choose the movie type they like.
  5. Students walk around the classroom and interview other students (using the dialogue) to see which kinds of movies they like.
  6. They will write the name of their classmates in the box of the genre that their classmate enjoys.
  7. The first student to achieve bingo is the winner.

 

Teaching Suggestions:

  • If possible find other movies which the students may be interested in.
