DEFINITION: This infinitive verb pattern is simply, 'to' + the regular form of the verb: 「to+動詞の原形」 で 「~すること」 という意味を表す。 This particular grammar point is also often referred to as by its mathlish name: Subject + Verb + Infinitive (S + V + 不定詞)
