Brief Outline:  Students complete a multiple choice quiz about the ALT's favorite things. This is a great activity for your introduction lesson or as the final class to test how well the students know you.

Materials Needed

Detailed Explanation:

1. Check the worksheet and insert your name where you see ALT. Change any/all answers to make them applicable for you.
2. Tell the students you are going to give them a quiz about the new/old ALT.
3. Have students form pairs and pass out the worksheet.  Tell them they can raise their hands if they have any questions.
4. After an alloted amount of time, tell them to put their pencils down.
5. Go through and give the correct answer for each question and explain, if you like.
6. Those with the most correct answers can get a prize (if you do prizes).

Variations:

• To make the game last longer, have students raise their hands for each option.

   

Cautions:

• Some students will take all day to decide the answers so make sure you give them a time limit.
