Brief Outline: Students compete to finish climbing Mt. Fuji by playing janken and asking 'it...for...to...' questions.
Materials Needed
Detailed Explanation:
Making questions: Have students write down adjectives and complete the blanks. Then have students write the same adjective/verbs on the next page.
Activity: Every student starts at "A" where the robot is. They will ask each other questions and play janken. The winner moves to the next level (letter) while the loser stays at the same level. Then they will find another partner. Students who climb to the top of Mt. Fuji and down win the game.
Writing: Students make 9 sentences (one sentence per each letter from the interview).
