Brief Outline: The ALT says a number and the students must jump that many times. 

 

Detailed Explanation:

  1. This game is extremely simple. You say a number within the target number group and the students must jump that many times. Because of the simplicity of this game, it might be used as a warm-up game.

 

Variations:

  • Have each row of students play their own game. The first student in each row say a number and that row has to jump that many times.
  • Mix in different actions: spinning, clapping, patting their heads, etc.

 

Teaching Suggestions:
