Magnetic Parts

Outline: Students practice listening to various body parts by correctly forming the correct combination.
 
Procedure:
  1. Have the students form pairs.
  2. Make two circles, one inside the other, with the paired-partners in each of the circles.
  3. Play music and have the two circles walk in opposite directions.
  4. Stop the music and call out two body parts, for example, "hand to knee," or, "head to elbow."
  5. Students must quickly find their partner and assume the called-out position.
  6. Once the students get the hang of the game, start widdling down the numbers by having the last pair to form the combination sit down.
